Just finished the first of Lee Child's books: "Killing Floor" - great! Now starting with Tripwire.

The main character, Jack Reacher is described as follows:
"Men want to be him. Woman want to be with him". What a guy.

Robert Fisk is one of the greatest journalists of our time. Over 30 years of experience in the Middle East. The 1400 pages give you an insight to why things turned out the way they did in the Middle East. Just started.

Showing parallels between the decline of the Roman empire and the USA. Interesting thoughts but a bit too academic for my taste.
